G1200N – Over Fascia Vent

Overview

The VENT Over Fascia Vent – G1200N is the most practical and cost-efficient method of ventilating the Eaves. It is easy to install, discrete and is compatible with either timber or metal fascias.

The G1200N is specifically designed for trussed roofs with pitches >15°.

The G1200N VENT Over Fascia Vent is designed to discreetly ensure a positive airflow of 10,000mm² per linear metre, into the roof space between the roof membrane and the fascia board. This product is ideal for new build and re-roofing situations.

The G1200N is designed with 4mm evenly spaced openings specifically sized to prohibit large insects gaining access but wide enough to prevent capillary action.

The G1200N should be used in conjunction with other specified VENT products.

Installation

• The G1200N Over Fascia Ventilator should be nailed or screwed to the top of the fascia board through the fixing holes provided along the full length of the eaves.
• A minimum of 20mm gap between the bottom purlin and Over Fascia Vent is required for air flow into the roof cavity.
• It is compatible with both timber and steel fascia.

Returns Policy

We are more than happy to accept returns on Vent products, providing the following:

• Vent products may only be returned within 3 months from initial purchase date
• Vent products can only be returned in full, undamaged cartons, in a resalable condition.
• Any products returned, return freight is at the cost of the customer, and the original freight is to be invoiced to the customer.
• Return must be handled by the original purchasing store.

Once we have received the returned item and confirmed it is in a resalable state, we will credit the item.
